What you should expect after placing an order?
Once an order has been confirmed, you'll receive an email with the shipping tracking code. We'll ship out your orders on the next business day using our shipping service provider.
As a buyer, it is your responsiblity to facilitate the reception of your order once it arrives, this may include responding to carriers or getting contact with them to ensure successful delivery.
Hello Mamora is not responsible for any address errors made by the buyer, or delivery errors made by the carriers.
What is flat rate shipping?
When you're shopping on Hello Mamora, we share flat rate shipping when you checkout. This may change if
- Items are added or removed from the order
- Additional costs are incurred to ship out your order
- Special request is made to the order, and additional fees are incurred to fulfill it
You'll have the opportunity to review the new cost, or cancel the order.
What are the standard delivery time?
The standard delivery time for +80% of Canadian addresses are within 2-5 business days.
The expected delivery time may be subject to changes during High Order Seasons (Christmas, Back to School, etc...). We appreciate your understanding during these busy periods and recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
